The story
I worked with the Paytm Canada team to improve the product, reach new demographics and grow beyond bill payments, as a PM, designer or frontend developer: whatever moved things forward.
I led product design and roadmaps to bring P2P, merchant services, bill payments and lending into one consumer product. I also helped build the consumer and merchant teams and their processes, while improving month-over-month retention.
From the résumé: Helped launch Paytm in North America, improving consumer retention funnels and building processes as the local team grew from 15 to more than 150.
