The story
Some of these reached the market as MVPs and quickly failed; others were experiments to validate a business idea.
The experiments
- Personal AI assistant (2017): calendar, contacts and a hub for personal connections. Too early.
- Voice assistant (2016): an AI voice assistant for banking, pitched to financial institutions years before LLMs.
- Orion (2016): internal tooling and dashboards for the Bunz team.
- Catch (2016): a video-only local social app. Storage costs would have been astronomical.
- Minimal notes (2015): a macOS notes app, built to learn Swift.
